Nationwide Construction

Why Nationwide

In-House Expertise

Most contractors subcontract design, dirtwork, and structural steel. Nationwide handles all three in-house, which means one team, one point of accountability, and a schedule that doesn't depend on other people's calendars.

01

Full-Service Design Team

Most contractors hand you off to an outside architect and hope the handoff goes smoothly. Nationwide's design team is in-house. The same people who draw your plans are the ones who build your building. That means faster revisions, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing between designer and builder when something needs to change.

The result: fewer surprises, faster timelines, and a finished building that actually matches what you approved.

02

Excavation & Dirtwork

North Texas soil is expansive clay: it swells when wet and shrinks when dry, and it will destroy a foundation built on it. Most builders ignore this. We don't.

Our process: remove the problematic soil down to eight feet, then replace it eight inches at a time, moisture-conditioning each layer as we go. It's more work upfront. It means your building doesn't move.

We own the equipment fleet: no subcontractor dependency, no scheduling gap between site prep and steel erection. You're on one team's schedule from dirt to done.

03

Steel Fabrication & Welding Shop

Steel bar joists typically take 14 or more weeks to source. We manufacture them in our own shop in roughly a third of that time.

That lead-time advantage isn't just about speed. It's about not having your project held hostage by a supplier's backlog. When steel is ready when you need it, the rest of the schedule holds.

Combined with our Butler Builder certification, we handle every steel phase in-house: raw fabrication in our welding shop through certified system erection on-site. That's an end-to-end steel capability most contractors can't offer.
