Industrial Power Truck & Equipment runs commercial truck dealerships across DFW, but its McKinney and Fort Worth locations were repurposed buildings. For this one, the team wanted 40 years of dealership experience built into a facility that fit their operation exactly.
Nationwide handled the project cradle to grave: the in-house design team worked alongside Industrial Power's interior designer, and when obstacles came up during construction, the crew usually arrived with the fix already recommended. Owner Brian O'Neil's verdict after moving in: could not be happier, five star.
