Family D.R.E.A.M. Center offers classes/programs for Dance, Recreation Sports Instruction, Education, the Arts, and Mentoring.
Family DREAM Center is not a typical building: part fine-arts academy, part recreation space, with a church renting on Sundays. Rachel and Patrick Moraw needed a builder who could catch that vision, down to professional dance flooring with the right subfloor and open, contemporary spaces that invite kids in.
Working with Gina on design and Devin and Steven through the build, the Moraws found a team that treated a family business with blood, sweat, and tears in the budget like it mattered. Nationwide helped beyond the contract too, laying out future sports fields and lining up contractors for work that was never theirs. The church tenant's review: when we build our own building one day, we're hiring Nationwide.
