Drill King International's headquarters started with a rendering. In 2008, before ground broke, Nationwide's in-house design team showed Larry Broseh exactly what the building and the entire 15-acre complex could look like, and for a self-described visual person, that sealed it. Tony even bought the land and passed it through at his cost. The production facility went up as a combination of tilt wall, pre-engineered metal, and structural steel.

Thirteen years later, the service is the story Broseh tells most. A roof leak reported today gets a crew the same afternoon, and the bill never comes. After a previous builder abandoned him over a foundation problem a year into a different building, that difference is why every Broseh project since has gone to Nationwide.
