A 60,000 sq ft climate-controlled aerospace manufacturing facility in Mansfield, delivered at full power in eight months when others quoted a year or more.
When Larry Broseh acquired an aerospace parts manufacturer, he needed it out of its existing facilities fast. Everyone told him a year to a year and a half. Nationwide committed to eight to nine months, and the building was at full power with heavy machinery running in eight.
Completed in 2012 as a combination of tilt wall construction and pre-engineered metal, the climate-controlled facility sits on the same 15-acre Mansfield complex Nationwide master-planned for Broseh's companies. Two years later the team returned for a 15,000 sq ft addition that brought it to 75,000 sq ft.
