BCB Transport bought its own property in 2013 with a simple goal: stop renting and build for the long haul. After vetting several contractors, the trucking company chose Nationwide for its first ground-up project in Mansfield: a company headquarters with a modern trucker's lounge and a 60,000 sq ft distribution center.
That first build turned into a lasting relationship. BCB is now three projects in with a fourth already planned, and the reason is consistency: the plan presented on day one is the plan that gets built, and warranty calls get someone on site the same day or the next.
