A rescue project in Cedar Hill: after 18 stalled months with another contractor, Nationwide took over the botched machine-shop build and delivered the certificate of occupancy in about four months.
Karen Lynch's building was in trouble. Her original contractor spent from January 2019 to August 2020 getting nowhere, and what little was done was wrong: incorrect fasteners on the metal building, bad concrete work, a failed detention pond. She had already sold the building her company occupied for 70 years, and a city incentive agreement had a certificate-of-occupancy deadline attached.
Nationwide started that December and had the CO in hand by mid-April, a little over four months to fix the mess and finish the building. That included working out the electrical for a machine shop that had no power plans at all. In her words: they took on all the headaches so she did not even have to know about them.

From the Client
I didn't know it could be so easy. They took on all the headaches so I didn't even have to know about them. We have been so blessed by going with Nationwide.
