Alexis Event Venue
A detail-heavy event venue in Haltom City, taken from first concrete pour to certificate of occupancy in twelve months through COVID-era supply shortages.
Candi Pham did not want a box building. Her vision for Alexis Event Venue was a one-stop venue for weddings, special events, and the charity work that drives her, with custom detail from the roofline down to the restroom finishes.
Nationwide poured concrete in October and delivered the certificate of occupancy the following October, working through COVID-era material shortages and a design that kept evolving as the vision came together. Her next project, a modern retail strip, already has Nationwide on the plan.
