Aerospace
Aerospace & Commercial Technologies
A Fort Worth facility for Aerospace & Commercial Technologies, the largest supplier of F-16 structural spares, built in 2010 and designed from day one for the expansion that followed.
Aerospace & Commercial Technologies supports the worldwide fleet of F-16s. The company held Lockheed Martin's first-ever license for structural spares and grew into the largest supplier in that market, which meant its Fort Worth facility had to be built around a serious industrial mission.
Tony helped ACT find the property himself, then designed the building around the company's needs, including an on-site water well that predated city service. Built in 2010 in pre-engineered metal with an EIFS exterior, phase one was planned from the start for the expansion that followed, and years past warranty, Nationwide still sends a crew when anything needs attention.

From the Client
Tony is the most straightforward builder I've ever done business with. When there's a problem, he says 'I'm going to fix it.' That's unheard of to me with any other builder.
